Ok, Here is the deal,  Bring this form filled out to the first event, Jan. 3rd & 4th, along with a check or cash for $300.  Or, fill out and mail to Gulfcoast Autocrossers, 19700 Skipper Rd., N. Ft, Myers, FL 33917
 
Here is what you get,  You pick what run group you want to be in, your name will be pre-printed on the run group sheet.
 
Attention:  You must report to Tech Inspection by 9:30 am with your Drivers License.  If you don't report to tech by 9:30 your spot on the run group sheet will be filled by someone else for the day.
 
Notice :  If anything changes: address, car, class, e-mail or anything else you need to talk to Registration to make the changes in the computers.
